Like any muscle, you work it twice a week to grow it as a natty. For some reason, neck grows unusually fast compared to other muscles. I did neck bridges twice a week for a couple months and my neck was noticably bigger. People dont recommend neck bridges for various reasons as there are safer exercises to grow the neck, but neck bridges are what lots of athletes do to get strong necks. But again, there are safer exercises that do the same if not more , but i did neck bridges. Ur neck will change quickly when you work it in anyway. Idk why but its one of those muscles that grows super quick
