I used to go to many activity clubs, to find girls with the same intellectual interests as me, I joined acting, poetry, philosophy and art clubs, and even though I've met plenty of interesting girls and had some fascinating, deep conversations with them about art, beauty, love, poetry, etc., I was still rejected, many of them even had boyfriends for example that didn't care about their unusual nerdy interests or even mocked them for it.

It's actually the complete opposite. There is zero competition because most men who attend these things are socially anxious losers. Anime has gone mainstream but it's still primarily turbo weebs who go to conventions.

These are actually prime places to pick up thots if you are CL and may even work for low inhib high HTN's.

imo it's actually a worse environment to pick up chicks because they are all getting simped on like crazy and having their egos inflated by the attention, have their defenses up against any sub 5 who gets bold enough to approach them, and also just have their defenses up in general because they are risking their safety by walking around half naked

You'd be better off approaching chicks in any other environment unless you are HTN+

My point about only turbo weebs going to conventions doesn't actually even apply to the women because due to animes popularity and the giga horny way anime chicks are drawn, you actually get far more regular chicks going to anime conventions than regular guys

The chicks go for the purpose of dressing up in cosplay and farming attention and that's something regular chicks everywhere enjoy

What this then means is that you can't even guarantee the type of chick you run into will be a socially anxious turbo weeb like yourself and that even furthers reduces your odds of success

Maybe 10-15 years ago when convention were almost exclusively attended by turbo weebs male and female this would be a good strategy but nowadays I don't see this environment having any unique value for a sub Chad

If you aren't slaying outside of the convention you aren't going to slay inside of it but if you are slaying outside the convention I DO think you will have an advantage inside of it through the comparative value with your competition (turbo weebs)

However feel free to test this yourself
