I elongated mine with manual stretching and plastic plumbing rings (o-rings) like this:
Easy to wear at night
Only problem is you need a good amount of skin to work with before you can use this method.

Might consider it. Just got my tlc tugger. Tugging right now. CI -9 here i comeI elongated mine with manual stretching and plastic plumbing rings (o-rings) like this:
