It'd be so easy, just a square cut with a scalpel around it and then ripping it out with my bare hands.

I hate it, it's my biggest falio, I can't even rope because of it since the rope would slip off my neck

My chin is advanced but short and I have recession of both jaws, it was such a waste of a good chin.

Better to have recessed chin than recessed jaws, consider yourself lucky in that regard.
