Zero sugar other than however much is in raw honey milk bananas and fruits i use ghee butter and all i eat is meat steaks lamb sometimes chiken eggs i only eat fruits meat and other animal products

thats my exact diet plus seafood (all meats cooked in either ghee or avacado oil) and i eat a shit ton of salads with olive oil. I had fucked acne and everythings gone now ever since I cut out seed oils, sugar, proccessed junk. worked for me.

Maybe i just need some time but i dont eat veggies i eat fruits instead sometimes seafood when my mom wants to make fish shrimp or lobster but thats pretty rare for her
