I feel bad emotionnally, for different reasons but never mind that
I'd like to get a really good sleep to refresh my mind/my body/my emotions
I have some CBD oil at home, some antipsychotics, a good book
I'm relatively tired right now, but I ate a ton of dark chocolate and dark chocolate has some caffeine in it (bad for sleep)
what can I do to get even more tired, also to get more peace in my mind
Is it even possible ? I rarely get a good night sleep. In a whole week, 7 days, I'd say I sleep well maybe two day, that's not much
I feel I will overdose CBD oil, even though I feel CBD is maybe another expensive cope
