Im 6'0ft - 6'1ft tall (barefoot) and i want to reach 6'3ft atleast. I know some of you will say ungratefull and I defenetly am in some way but 2-3 inches more are always better so thats why i tought about starting with erda because thats the only think i could store dry without cooling it in the fridge like roids or peps. (Still live with my parents). Im very scared of the sides but i think if it really works for me the increase in height outweights the sides. So would erda help me to grow taller?
