there are literally close to zero running test only, the big one is if you dht sensitive hairsacks, or acne due to unconsistent pinning

ofc but if you have grandparents that still have a good head of hair you dont have to worry especially if you run under 300mg

Anavar 20-40mg
Hgh 4-10ius

Only compounds u need really but some other stuff could be

Tren 25-50mg
Eq you use that with test 1-2 ratio

Also how do you know ur growth plates are shut at 16 that’s early asf

Oh well I guess try use some of the cancer research meds if u want to reopen and try aim to get to 5,10

But if not just focus on what u can improve from my experience as long as ur a decent few cm taller than the girl ur going for it doesn’t really matter and as long as u have a good asf frame that’ll get valued more than some framlet who’s 6,4 and narrow asf

Think so idk much about it but try use something like that reopen then try max out some more growth but if not just max what u got u could fraud 5,10 daily anyways so just use that thats not bad the heightism online is so overrated icl
