If you have acne, tell your doctor you have acne. If you're in the UK, you will have to do some BS things for 3 months before they are allowed to refer you to a dermatologist. I'm not sure what it's like in the us. If you don't have acne, take masteron, test or tren till you do, then go to the doctor and say you have acne. It's a drug for acne, you won't get it any other way unless you use some shady private clinic. Nuking your dht won't stunt your growth, but it will stunt your penile growth, so if you've got 8 inches plus, go for it now. Take oral minoxidil or topical minoxidil foam for your hair in the meantime, but if it doesn't grow back, you might need to take a trip to Turkey.

Regardless of your condition, they aren't gonna give you a heavy dose instantly due to the sides; all doctors care about is reducing the sides at any cost, even if it means it takes longer to heal you. Also, it's never enough until 8 inches.

lol no they will start you on like 5mg and maybe if you're lucky up you to 10. only ever seen 20 prescribed in the most severe cases

depends on the person, do 0.25-0.5mg per kg of bodyweight and make sure you eat ample fat. I don't know anything about suppliers for Accutane, as I'm getting mine from doctors, but make sure it's a good vendor before you buy. Honestly, if it's just for your nose, you should look into hydrocortisone before Accutane; it will have greater effects in less time.
