You can literally purchase the bacterial cultures and genetic engineering kits to embed hormone producing genes into e. coli for a couple bucks and produce testosterone in a mumbai basement for pennies jfl

A vial of test has a few cents of raw powder and some oil. The bottle is the most expensive part (I get for $18 but it’s a legit sterial underground lab)
