Usually High IQ people are driven by the enjoyment of art or the seek of the truth/knowledge, personal recommendations for the art area are gastronomy, sports hunting and a fighting discipline, BJJ or Wrestling are really good if you don't want your face to get fucked up

For the seek of knowledge you should have a basis on understanding logic and epistemology, then go for philosophy (Kant, Schopenhauer, Plato and Nietzsche are good starters) and psychology (Jung, Hollingworth, Kohlberg, and Jean Piaget are some of my favorites although i haven't read much on psychology) or whatever area of interest you have (science, math, history, etc.)

I dont have free time , i work , go to gym , and looksmax and do pushups if im not doing anything . Being stationary and still is the worst thing you can do in human existence , time is just passing you by and so is the competition .
