best tip i can give you is to just not drink too much

if you have money you can get injectable L-glutathione, which will pretty much eviscerate all alcohol and accutane damage. megadose melatonin aswell

Honestly continue with the acutane and stop drinking as it's harmful to your health and looks, trust me I live in the UK were people legit start drinking at age 14 and I can confirm everyone here is subhuman
