I had an idea for a tv show. Have you seen Law and Order? A procedural tv show where the cops solve a crime and the DA prosecutes the criminals.

It would basically be an inversion of that. Each episode would centre around a person committing a crime and the consequences of it.
It could be anything from hit and run, murder, defrauding etc...Sometimes they'd get away with it, sometimes they wouldn't.


Maybe a limited series or something.
