I wanted to breakup with my girlfriend but she broke up with me first, why am I hurt??

I recently felt like my girlfriend wasn't enough for me anymore and felt like Id be better ending things but today after a discussion on how shes been acting lately she ended it with saying " I don't want to hurt you its better if we end things now" why am I upset that things are over?? I miss her but I cant name anything about her worth missing. Thoughts??
