if ur 60kg and 5’11 and still have fat it means ur skinny fat, u can become skinny fat many ways but mostly from too quick height growth.

ull never know ur real genetics until u minimize ur bodyfat percentage and put on some muscle

i advise u avoiding into getting bodybuilding and just fill out ur frame and get good physique and do NOT bulk yet

not fat, u can kinda see it from my face and arms and even my torso that my fat is limited or none so ofc the fat its not the problem
 
The nd is really oozing in that gif. You don't have a choice bud. How much do you currently eat? You have to go to the gym and get bigger. Certainly go on a bulk. Try to get good quality foods.

no bodybuilder or fighter beats construction worker at carrying the weights and building

no fighter or construction worker beats bodybuilder at lifting weights and growing muscle

no bodybuilder or construction worker beats fighter in fighting

like just bc u bench 120kg doesnt mean ull be strongest in everything so no bodybuilding will not make u strong asf most bodybuilders have the smallest bone mass ever and purely depend on muscles that arent even used to different type of pressures

if talk abt a open like the 120-130 kg category ofc, if u talk abt a 80-90 kg trust me it s not like that most of bb in the past practiced fighting

That's not lean. You look like a holocaust survivor. Just start going to the gym, learn how to fight and do that until you're 20 years old. Then, you can decide whether or not you should take gear.

How sure are you that you are eating that much? What sort of food, what about macros? I think you being young, you can defo try a 3k calorie diet and see what happens. You just want to be be training hard, have good sleep. Also you want to pay attention to not have crazy blood glucose spikes, that's why its recommended to have wholefoods and complex carbs. Refined carbs are good post workout though.
