And now I'm still at 5'7 at age 18 cuz all I did the last 4 years was lay & rot and beat my dick all day, I was sportsmaxxing when I was 12 and I actually took good care of myself, I ate good, slept 8 to sometimes 10 hours a day and I felt happy doing so but for some reason just I gave up cuz I never saw the importance of taking care of yourself and now I'm just a rotting piece of shit, is there still hope that I can grow after 18 if I heightmax?
