i was a shrimp as a kid (exacerbated by being young for my grade) and i grew up thinking growing wasnt for me

whenever someone outgrew me or i noticed their growth rate was higher than mine (prepuberty), i thought i would never grow. at a certain point i was around 20th percentile for my class (among boys) and yes this was even among ETHNICS. this probably corresponds to like a fucking height of 5'6.5-7 as an adult. i thought i was never gonna grow. i mean im still manlet but it could've been worse.

ethnics are early bloomers so it just made things worse. according to ethnic growth charts, i wouldve been 5'6.5 as an adult

i grew proportionally and at an ideal rate, not too fast neither too slow

I was in the 5-8 percentile until around sophomore year; ropefuel because I’m old for the grade too
