Going from ugly as hell to desired definitely fucked me up, I wasn't popular and I didn't develop the skills to talk to girls so when they approached me I would go freeze mode. Brutal

Not true
Yes you can learn things but can't change your wiring, and that is laid in your childhood and early teens. There's always going to be times of hesitation and you'll suffer from lack of confidence and you need to work twice as hard as normal person to reduce it (reduce it, not even get rid of because it's impossible to do)
That kind of experience in childhood and early teens makes you damaged like an abused dog and it will always hover over you like a dark cloud

I know all about it sadly, I always feel uncertain even when on rational level I know I'm attractive to women and they want me, but there's always that feeling that it's bullshit or they're lying or something. This is what my early experiences told me and it will always remain like that as first automatic reaction

Not to mention experiences like that also make you bitter and salty because it makes you experience first hand the blackpill and lookism from both sides
