Housing prices increasing monthly.

Only bright sides is that even though they are aware, many of them still don't go extra mile, like leanmaxx to 12% bodyfat, aqualyx, teeth whitening, prescription drugs, etc.

But as competition gets worse, I feel like people are gonna take more and more calculated risks.
I even saw some guy in late 30s with red-head from hair transplant.

I'm already taking ALL of the calculated risks and with decent baseline to caught up, but with glp-1 shit, skincare and bp awareness competition is going to get more and more brutal.
