I was on the bench minding my own business and these little bastards started negging me at first, and then they got all hostile calling me a creep, insulting me and whatnot.

Maybe the way we dress accounts for another large proportion as well? I always wear buttoned up collared shirts with smart pants, I feel like that brings attention to myself, but even then when I wear average stuff I still get assaulted so who knows.

For situations like this I feel like it goes:
Neurodivergence > Lookism > Clothing

But I still would put ND first. A few years ago I would always wear my hat covering my face, but I would still get teased by the kids. Maybe it's because my ears were sticking out more? Not sure.

The difference in behaviour between the users on .org and .is is massive. I guess the age demographic is a large factor too.

On .is I rarely come across people like him, and when we do we ban them. But on .org practically every time I log in there is someone making a nuisance of themselves.
