I just hope gym opens soon, so I could become an advance lifter. Tired of having novice lifts. I will do trt in my 30s need to build a good base first and get close to natty potential, not even close to my muscle building genetic potential as you can see my delts are barely even developed, and how is your progress going? I think I seen your post about your starting point, you had good base and frame if I recalled

My progress has been halted due to gyms closing down and quarantine. I've been running 2 miles + doing 50 pushups and sit-ups every other day.

Ngl my diet went to shit along with my sleeping patterns.
Can't wait for gyms to reopen.

I don't expect them to open for another month at least. (Hopefully they let up by then)
Some plans have shifted with the virus. The second wave is planned for sometime at the end of the year(Sept/October).
This whole year is fucked.

Edit: it was supposed to come this month itself (2nd wave). It didn't work out apparently. I really hope they open up within at least a month and a half.
