I live in a Southeast Asian country where people think "Brown skin = dirty skin ".
Since I was little, I was told many jokes about having a dark color by many people (relatives,friends, neighbors). They called me n–word as a joke, even tho I'm not a black person. Now, some of my classmates call me "devil" because of my look. I know they are just "joking" but it's really hurt my feeling and everytime I try to explain them to not to call me that they simply don't listen. Sometimes I wish I could kill them all.
