I was lateral raising 5kg at 12 years old for 12-16 reps, is that good? I think I always had the genetic, most people do that 5kg at 16-18 for like fuckin 8 reps. Average person does that for 12 reps. I was doing like fucking 12-20 reps at 12-13. Always had the delt genetics.

And holy shit intermediate is 20lbs apparently, I would very be able to do that at 13 atleast lol, either its false info and thats not intermediate or i was strong

I did 7.5 at 14 now i have stopped training for years and can't do its just 5 for 20+
