turned 17 two months ago. Current stats: 185cm (6'1"').

I was literally planning out an HGH protocol to squeeze out a few more inches if my plates were open, but I just got my wrist X-rays back
17e7369e eaa4 4513 a86b bdac32a02220
. As you can see, the distal radius and ulna are basically completely fused. It's over for my linear height growth.

Since running HGH now is just going to give me acromegaly instead of actual height, what's the move? I'm already a decent height, but I wanted to maximize.

Should I just pivot entirely to gym/frame-maxing? Clavicle widening? Or do you think there's still a tiny window for spine elongation/posture? Let me know what you guys think I should focus on now that height is pretty much over.

Pretty mcuh already a good height so don't worry about it (u can do dead-hangs if u want but be careful if u have scoiliosis)

you cannot widen the clavicle, it is entirely almost 100% genetics, so if I was you i'd gymmaxx as hard as possible to maximize your frame

Acromegaly is rather unlikely even with years of hg use

I mean, if you would start roiding they would get a bit wider

To maximise height ensure that your body is truly and fully opened up.

Any potential posture related issues such as ATP (anterior pelvic tilt) should be addressed and remediated.

You're right about the epiphyseal plates being completely fused. There is no visible space left for longitudinal bone growth. HGH in your position now is useless, as you stated. There are no chondrocytes (cells which produce cartilage) to stimulate these growth zones.

6'1 is a good height. If you have posture related problems as stated above, you may be able to squeeze into 6'2, potentially 6'3 if it's bad enough.

The clavicles are actually the last growth plate in the human body which fuses. Usually around age 23-25. Focus on decompressing your spine, hanging from a pull-up bar daily, strengthen your posterior chain (lower back, rear delts, rhomboids) basically to help keep your spine erect and stacked properly. Ensure core alignment is stable and grounded.

Regarding gym, yes. Gymmax. Lateral deltoids, lats, upperchest, focus on the V-taper.

wrists close first. dont worry. u can still gain 4~cm by spine lengthening from hgh abuse. do it

Not guareenteable + i'm 99% sure clavicles grow from gh no?
Im pretty sure androgens impact them more, but further growth at 17 is, indeed, not guranteenable and even in the best case scenario It would be rather minor growth.

how long would u recommend hanging on pullup bars? :soy:
