I have a good day followed by 5 bad ones, honestly crazy how my mood can drastically change even whithin a minute

trying my hardest to keep going but I always end up to where I started. And its gotten so bad I find relief and comfort in my own loneliness and depression. Sometimes I feel like I have to be better, sometimes like I should just give up since it doesnt matter, and sometimes I just stay as miserable as always
