Since joining a real gym(after 5 months of planet fitness) for the first time since I’ve made real progress on my sleep, I’ve started hitting the weights harder than I have in years. And what was for a weeks a diet of intermittent fasting and a few small, clean, protein dense meals has basically turned into a proper lean bulk.

Feels amazing. I feel strong, my arms feel bigger, my delts are inflating from hammering overhead press, I’m more vascular. I started at about 6’1 180, cut down to 177, said fuck it and today I’m 182.

I wanted to get shredded for my Christmas trip to Mexico but fuck it. By any standards except the fitness industry’s, I’m shredded. 6 pack and veins. Like 13%? Who cares. It’s winter, let’s get big. And once it gets closer to summer it’ll be even easier to get lean down and I’ll look better than ever.

Playing the long game and having fun with the process. I’m loving this shit more than I have in years!

Why would that make you shit yourself that's literally veganism. The complete opposite fam. You shit less on meat because the food actually goes into your body and you can digest it unlike with most plants and unnatural foods.

I’m speaking from experience boyo. Tried carnivore and it gave me severe diarrhea all day to the point I felt like I was gonna pass out from electrolyte depletion

Personally I would advise to eat around your needs and don’t do That fck it im getting big mindset. I’ve done massive bulks in the past and you just feel shit and look shit. Overall you aren’t even better in the long run as you if you just kept on eating around your needs with enough protein

I said a clean bulk. As in instead of eating healthy foods in a deficit I’m getting a surplus. Only had one cheat meal in the last week and it’s bc I got home from work at like 10 pm to see that my dad had ordered pizza
