"I was studying, working, going to the gym, helping my family and going out with a girlfriend in my 20's" so many people, also women say this. They do x,y,z things and never feel tired. Man I just worked today and I don't want to go to the gym, I have no energy. I don't understand other people, I just wanna sleep.
