Yeah, when I put in the effort. I can be very high energy + NT. But it's demanding energy-wise and if I don't get anything out of it I feel defeated and depressed afterwards.

It's not ideal but not that bad either.

I am extremely experienced in going out alone and have noticed it's actually very easy to navigate socially when you are alone.
You can tag along with a group, enter their social-circle, etc. When they ask who you are with you just tell them you were with friends but you lost them.

ive gotten many drinks and been invited to many after-parties before aswell, because you are not much of a hassle when you are alone. its just 1 drink, its just 1 guy. It's not as bad as having to give drinks/invites to multiple people.

People aren't threatened by you as much when you are alone as opposed to with a couple of other guys too.

I will vibe with 1 guy of another group, he likes me and invites me over, the rest of his group doesnt care much and lets me join.

I've had absolutely 0 success with women when going out alone though. Just with guys.
