I used to work front desk at this building and I was 100% useless. They could have just used a mannequin and it would’ve changed nothing.
I let random people walk all over the building. I never asked for peoples names. I never knew any info so when people called I was always stuttering and giving them random stories to get them to shut up.
Also, random companies would come in to install things but no one ever told me they were coming so I was clueless and just told them to do what they think they should do because I had no idea.
