I know bro. I was blatantly and literally abusing orange juce sodas coffee alcohol and spiting a lot and doing other retarded sht. I had good teeth and fucked them up in 6 months. Now I will try to revert it by not doing any of that sht anymore hopefully the whiteness will come back since Im young and I can remimeralize them
