Pretty much all the skill based characters got over buffed or nerfed to shit. Eg Genji is being nerfed still as anyone actually good with him can dominate but unlike lets say, Orisa or Kiroko which are broken characters that take no skill, have countless value, can escape out of sticky problems in an instant can 1v1 a really good genji now just cus how broken they are.
