Yea but you still have risidual swelling, the cuts take 6-12 months to grow back. So you will have swelling around that area for that time. You also want to eat more food and dont be on calorie deficit during this time obv. I am also on braces which is not optimal for lookmaxxing

Sorry, don't agree. I know all about the post-op swelling timeline, but at this point you could definitely lean down and stop using swelling/braces/healing as excuses. Just my 2 cents!
