Misinterpreted the data thinking T3 had greater effect on cortical bone when its really the other way around.

Used alone Teriparatide deathmogs T3

But used in conjunction with eachother and a biphosphate like alendronate, these 3 compounds create an unbeatable synergy.

@Mainlander we need to bulk order teriparatide from Indiamart asap

But does it really work tho?
It works, yes.

It yields a 50-80% net increase of osteoblast activity in cortical bone.

Also increases osteoclast activity which is easily mitigated by a biphosphate like alendronate. So you all of a sudden have 50-80 more bone formation

Furthermore if we were to add t3 which has its own pathways of increasing bone turnover while also upregulating the sensitivity and density of PTH receptors (where teriparatide binds) we essentially get a 1+1 = 3 effect where all of these compounds perfectly synergize resulting in a net increase in bone formation of 100-160%

Stack this on top of hgh and nandrolone which also have their own pathways of stimulating bone formation and you have a serious stack to play with

Im telling you bro. This is THE STACK

And once I added my mystery compound we might see a level of bone formation so extreme that we might completely erase the need for implants entirely for the cost of $200 a month for half a year

Alendronate/biphosphates are non conducive in conjunction with teriparatide for Periosteal formation, as teriparatide actually relies on some resorbtion for maximum effectiveness of osteoblasts its recruited.

This could stack could still work within ideal dosing parameters of alendronate as t3 favors resorbtion. But its still unideal and youre playing with fire.

Theres other drugs which yield just the right amount of resorbtion inhibition to get maximum total formation while still reaping all the benefits coming from teriparatide response to resorbtion. Kindof like a goldilox zone

what r those other drugs?

Romo would be most effective over teriparatide but I can't source it
I can find it on indiamart but I haven't ordered anything from there, although you can find romo on indiamart, jfl

JFL gatekeeping knowledge that you won't even put to use
Barely anyone will ever put it to use why gatekeep it? you're not selling a course or anything

You need to advertise to get shekels, not post on .org

pm pls :lul:

it's good if antagonist tbh

I will be applying this knowledge very soon on myself. Have already ordered all the essential ingredients.

Now if I actually succeed Im hoping to leverage that.

No one is entitled to my 50+ hours worth of knowledge accumulation and methodical optimization

Pth receptor receptor agonist.

Why would antagonist be good?

Yes, it does.
But teriparatides agonizing of the receptor disproportionately increases formation.

alright I understand that, I don't feel entitled to it

let us know the results please, oftentimes it always goes this way, with the person saying they ordered all the compounds needed and there's no update at all afterwards, which leaves everyone in the dark

in theory it would work but no one actually tries it, and that's why I said no one will put it to use

but if you will, then that's great, will you also gatekeep results? lmao

Ofc ill keep you update.

Been here for 4 years atp and have no plans of ever leaving.
Just ask me whenever hows it going.

And if you know me, you know I use the shit I buy. Probably tried over 20 compounds throughout my years on here

Can I take it for more bone mass even though I haven’t really got Ostroporosis as I’m 17

It probably works even better if youre healthy.

But to answer your question. Yes it will aid in an endeavour of periosteal expansion.
With that said I highly highly recommend stacking it with hgh and t3.

Theres several other compounds which is works amazingly with ontop of what ive mentioned above. But I just so happen to be gatekeeping these though

All 3 go together like bread and butter

Teriparatide is the best, but most expensive. The are other 2 are basicly free yet kind suck without it. But together they form a masterpiece

such a unique way of gatekeeping, but i dont get what you mean by masterpiece, for what goal is it considered a masterpiece?

Are you using the stack for craniofacial development in particular? i dont know whether you have open plates or not and are planning on growing bones vertically.

ahh alright. I understand you gatekeeping your information, as you said no one is entitled to your 50 hours of knowledge. But would you be so kind as to point me towards the beginning of the rabbit hole? In Pms if you dont wanna say in an open thread. Would really apreciate.

I really started hearing about loox cycle and started researching his compounds.

Then learned about romosozumab. Realisted its completely unrealistic and started switching my aim to more crude, but still effective and budget friendly compounds and looking for synergies rather than just expensive research chemicals costing you an arm and a leg
