I can't read Arabic. Why didn't God make the holy book so all humans can read it? Why didn't he make us know language at birth?

You can read an interpretation of the meaning that can be accured, it won't be 100% since meaning is always lost on any kind of translations but anyone can get the message. Knowing arabic is not a requirement to be a muslim except for memorizing Surat Al Fatiha and small words here and there for prayer (which takes few minutes-hours whether arab or non arab), knowing arabic just helps to get deeper on the meanings.
Also the second question is just an excuse, you can use that against other known religions which punish people for their ignorance but in Islam, people who were not knowledgeable about the religion are not punished by God, if you couldn't earn knowledge or you didn't know about Islam you are practically born in advantage to go to paradise because of the Mercy of The Creator.
The first questions is not a good argument to make against Islam with all due respect, the fact that it is preserved in it's original language is a proof for the divinity of it rather than the contrary, since if one has doubts with any kind of meaning he can always go back to the original language and see how the dictionaries and scholars of the time interpreted it, which is what we actually do.
