I just realized how little memories i actually have and how much time i wasted doing useless shiet like video games and reading, roepfuel ngl. I legit have like 5 memories that are good that i can remember before the age of 13. Also fucked my mental development up, I'm non nt and a retard socially. I can't hold a conversation for more than 5 minutes. If I ever have kids im making them go outside 2 hours a day minimum
