I watch my maxilla recess and myself descend in real time

and it’s not even like there’s anything I can do about it. I watch my nasolabial folds deepen daily and I watch my maxilla slowly pull back when I compare photos from just weeks-months ago. There’s genuinely nothing I can do it’s over
