same here lol. I've put on 15kg during lockdowns and went from an average grade of 11/12 to 6/12 :chad:

Losing weight is pretty easy tbh. Just count calories and eat less or replace your food with stuff that has a lower calorie density.

I lost 30kg from just using this reddit guide for a couple months, I didn't do anything else.

Despite what users here will tell you that you need to fast, do keto or some other shit just doing CICO is easier and gives you a better overview of how many calories many foods are. For example, when I was 110+kg I would sometimes eat 4000 kcal in a day and not even think anything of it.

You can change to fasting, keto or some other method that limits what you can eat instead of the amount once you have already lost some weight since they're usually a bit more effective. The problem with them is when a fattie like us starts doing them they will just revert to shit habits once they're done with their diet.

There is a YouTuber I used to follow called ObeseToBeast, some of his older videos are very well made and very informational.
