I weirded out my mom by throwing a scale across the kitchen

Today I was making my protein shake, weighing the protein powder and I saw looking down at the digits the reflection of my double chin/non existing jawline/low hyoid bone (I have a mirrored scale) and got so angry that I threw it across the kitchen.
Now my mom (who was in a near room) is looking at me weird, what should I do?
