You work out you retard. Do work outs every week 3 days. Or you can do cardio if your weird. But everyone knows where to get them real good looks nigga.

Get rid of any unhealthy shit foods (such as soda) and start eating some high protein foods that will help you.

Or if your a real bum, you can hop on the copium adderall.
