I went out in the daylight after wearing my new glasses and was walking around like Mr.Magoo

Bought a pair of glasses a couple of weeks ago, just been getting used to wearing them while spending 10 hours per day looking at a screen
I went out today (dont wear glasses in public) and had to keep looking down at the ground as I walked because my brain just couldn't process what I was seeing when I looked up into the light, felt like my eyes couldn't adjust to it.
If this means I have to start wearing glasses in public I will be raging
