I went to a maxillofacial surgeon.He told me a bunch of stuff which I don't think are true like my maxilla isn't flat and about thumpulling.

I went to a maxillofacial surgery and he told me that I dont have a flat/recessed maxilla by just placing his thumbs on my face. He didn't even take my x-ray and told me that it my maxilla was recessed or flat it would have been before turning 12. He also said that I don't have class 1 and told me I dont need treatment my maxilla was okish before 3 months but because of stress I mouth breather in the night sometimes and it is bad now. I asked him about thumpulling and he told me that I might work a little bit like 1% and that when you are below 9 and other people who got results got it from other factors. He also told me that puberty ends at 20s in asian males and that I would gain muscle or fat in my midface after puberty is it true? And should I visit another one?
