1. So I went to the doctor to ask for a cut in my foreskin (bot removing the whole foreskin, but just a cut to increase the ring). And he says he doesn't do that. Anyways he say that my foresking is ok (I can retract it when flacid), but I said it gets stuck when I have an erection. He said that that's because my ring is not elastic enough so I have to retract it all the time so it stretches, which to me is utter cope cause if I retract it when it is flacid then there's no reason for the ring to stretch sidewise but only vertically.
2. Anyways. He said my frenulum does should get removed because it actually is tight unlike the foreskin. I asked if he could do just a fucking cut so as to not remove it. He said he doesn't do that

I asked if I would be missing something since I guess frenulum is there for a reason. He said that it has nerve endings related to pleasure. He said that I will still get pleasure from sex but and then he kind of changed the direction he said that I wouldn't have the urge to coom so early. (I've always had PE I guess because of this, I hadn't told him about my PE by the way).
3 So here I am. I didn't accept the surgery still. I've read that guys who have tight frenulum get their frenulum teared as they fuck and overtime this stretches the frenulum so I don't know if removing it completely is that good of an idea (I could try to tear it myself so as to stretch it abd then if anything doesn't work out I get the surg but bro this nigga only knows the old ways fucking moron)
