I do cold water at morning, avoid direct sun, and a lot of vitamin C orally for skin, plus working out, my skin was strong point always
I had always shit hair, so i did Hair transplant from nw 3.5 to nw2..also finasteride every day , might work every other day, 1 mg per day, dermarolling but u need to to slight blood, but not so much..u need to see small wounds after rolling..then apply 24 hours after..use 1mm dermaroller size..also cut processed food, and take biotin, but biotin might be cope a bit
