Tbh I never really fully ascended the first time because I never got lean to the point where my abs are visible, and I'm still not satisfied with my eyelashes/brows so I'm staying on minox and trying to reach 12% bodyfat and get a perm




I was a ltn when I joined this forum, nowadays I never get rated below mtn, which is a huge improvement for me

If I could get to htn with no frauding I will pray to whatever God helped me

I think you got this man. I've leaned down to 12% before and omg it was such a big transformation lol. I have since regressed down to 15-17% so I'm gonna have to lower it down some time this year. I also never did anything with my eyelashes and brows as well (brows are pretty dense but in a light way and my eyelashes are just mid so I'm gonna try using some castor oil as well). Either way, hope the best for you.

You should go for minox, tbh most of my ascension was just eyebrows and lashes, I have the before after if you want it's like night and day
