If you ask me, surgeries are quite unnecessary in my case because my base is MTN. Surgeries are more necessary in the case of a LTN. Accutane, leanmaxing, hairmaxing, castor oil maxing, and style maxing are all I need to ascend.

Tretinoin might take a prescription, but retinol is available for everyone. You just need to take it for longer to get the results.

A prescription for Accutane is necessary, that's why I asked the same about Retinol. You need to see a dermatologist if you want Accutane.

I did a google search and saw that accutane is a retinoid. Most retinoids don't need one, but the stronger and arguably best ones do. I'll just make sure I use the strongest retinol every night for now. When I get older I might need something more strong.
