Accutane is the most powerful drug to treat acne. It also reduces the nose size.

A prescription for Accutane is necessary, that's why I asked the same about Retinol. You need to see a dermatologist if you want Accutane.

I did a google search and saw that accutane is a retinoid. Most retinoids don't need one, but the stronger and arguably best ones do. I'll just make sure I use the strongest retinol every night for now. When I get older I might need something more strong.
