To help my chronic lower back pain
I will instead bend at the knees and aim to keep my lumbar spine straight

I have an appointment for my back next month but they probably won't find/do anything, so there is a chance this pain is for life. I need to adapt and make lifestyle changes

bending at the waist = posturemin

bending at the hip = gay

bending at the TMJ (opening your mouth) = looksmin

bending at the thoracic and cervical spine = forward head posture

just never bend theory
