I will be getting a philtrum shortening

As soon as I turn 18 early next year I’ll be getting a philtrum shortening and that will ascend me 0.75. To 5.25psl. I’m so excited I have the funds on hand I’m now trying to research into good lip lift surgeons.
the only drawbacks I see that could happen from this surgeon is
1. Bigger upper lip
2. Scar show
3. bad cut

Anyone know about good philtrum shortening surgeons?

mines the same, I think your chin is long enough so it doesn't matter. The average is 18mm so yours is only slightly longer
