I will be HTN by end of 2023. Here is how. Advice welcome.

This is my plan to transform my body, skin, etc. and reach HTN status by the end of 2023.
Debating whether to focus on the most important 80% (diet, exercise, sleep, skin) or also attempt to grab marginal improvements in other important areas (voice, eyes, height, jaw).
Any help would be appreciated, I'm new here and see a lot of value in the advice on the forum but would like to get in and get out so I can stay...sane.

Age: 17y 0m
Morning barefoot height: 5'8"
Weight: 165lbs+ 18% body fat. Noticeable musculature; comments from girls. Cut to 144 lbs in spring, developed bulimia, now we back to starting weight.

Race, phenotype: African-American darkskin - Sudanid/Bantuid
- Very good ab, chest genetics. Probably ascend 1-2 SMV points shirtless.

Estimated PSL : 4
Good FWHR, canthal tilt, lip ratio, ES ratio.
Mouth a little two narrow, philtrum a lil too long, and noticeably compact midface.
Definitely asymmetrical face, lower third is short, and jaw is noticeably narrow.

Before the pandemic I was probably 5'5-5'6".
Mom: 5'8" Dad: 5'7" Generally short family, but grandpa was very tall (probably 6'3+).

-5.75 lens prescription.

Have had solid success in the gym, started calisthenics about a year ago and two months ago I switched to free weights.
Squat/Bench/Deadlift: 165 x 1 / 315 x 10 / 295 x 1. Aware my numbers are weak, trying to get them up.
Current split is Push/Pull/Push/Pull/Legs/Rest/Rest.

Sleep is kinda shit right now, have to wake up at 5:30 daily and usually end up going to sleep at 9:30-10:30 or later.

Plan:
- Perfect my sleep, get to 8:30-5:30 with optimal conditions and melatonin.
- Start sleeping on floor. Poor sleeping posture is likely at the root of my facial asymmetries.
- Going for a slowcarb diet with 16:8 intermittent fasting: legumes, leafy and cruciferous veggies, meat, fish, eggs.
Don't want to stunt my growth but I do need to lose weight.
- Leanmax to 140lbs or about 10% bf.

Solid eye area, eyebrows. Color sucks though—T50.
I need glasses, however recently got more trendy/fashionable frames.
Plan:
- Darken/thicken sparse spots on eyebrows with minoxidil.
- Eye exercises, eyepulling, squinting, etc.
- Colored contacts - dark blue or hazel so I don't look too uncanny.

Dont compare yourself or look up to austin. Unless you turn latino you cant have 1/20th his smv brother even at 6.5psl

Also you probably wont be htn. You have a short as fuck nose with a narrow mandible and ok eyes being a shitskin. Where i live youd get 5 likes at best even if you did all this but good luck

Looks uncanny on blacks. Light brown, hazel, and green looks best on blacks.

Really it doesn't matter. In the west eye color doesnt do much. OPs is easily ltn if not less. Im caging hard at thinking he gains 2smv pts being shirtless at 18% bf 5'7 darkskin. He probably DROPS 2 pts when he goes shirtless

True yeah, eyecolor is more so halo in T50 countries.

Not that serious imo.

Life begins when you have ab definition (15% BF) and gets a bit better every % you drop up to 10%. Maybe I'm a bit biased cause I have a visible jawline at 15% but I don't think you need to be super serious about it. I personally am about 15% rn but trying for 12% by start of summer with the same amount of muscle mass (3 month cut + 2 month recomp)

my advice is to start kickboxing at a local kickboxing gym, get perms and short back and sides (hair). and wear cargo pants, oversized sweaters and wear a chain.
