i have zinc
mag
omega3

I was about to say zinc because its needed for pretty much every cellular process. We also have pretty much the same stack.
I have;
Zinc
Mag
Omega 3
Glucoseamine/Cyst/ama to retain morning height and increase it
Iron but its useless
Oral minox on the way
